To request a pick up PLAYER, please include the following information in your email:Men's teams, send requests to:mensclasswa@gmail.comWomen's teams, send requests to:ron.lytle@usssa.comMixed teams, send requests to:Dave.Davies@usssa.comThe name of your team. The name of the tournament. The pick up player's legal first and last name. The pick up player's DOB. Pick up player rules:You may only pick up a player who's PRV is equal to or lower than your team. The pick up player can not already be rostered to a team entered in the same event. 3 pick up players are allowed. If you need more than 3, enter as a pick up team. The deadline to request a pick up player for your team is 6PM ON THURSDAY before a tournament. If you are entering a pickup TEAM, you will need to email the tournament director with:- Team Name - Coach's First & Last Name - Coach's Address - Coach's Email - Coach's Cell Phone Number - List of players for classification approval - pick up teams will be classified at the PRV of your highest rated player. The TD will then create your pick up team for you, and will forward your roster (or ask you to forward) to the program director for classification approval.
